These plates are designed to stop the ‘mushrooming’ effect known to all first generation MINI’s.

Mushrooming is the process of the shock tower deforming and altering alignment, this happens due to the shock towers being soft metal and being bent by hard abuse from rough, potholed roads.

These are to be installed below your shock towers, on top of your shock top mount itself, note, sometimes longer studs in the top mounts are needed depending on which brand you order.

Coated finish is gloss black, custom colours are available at cost.
